Business service and authority
GoalPush is supplied for business use. By creating or managing a workspace, you confirm that you have authority to act for that business and to configure its websites, data sources, advertising destinations and billing.
Plans and recurring billing
GoalPush Onsite, Business, Agency and Scale cost USD $29, $79, $199 and $399 per month respectively. These are the subscription prices charged by GoalPush. We do not promise a particular exchange rate or local-currency amount.
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Upgrades take effect only after successful payment of Stripe-calculated proration. Downgrades take effect at renewal and cannot be scheduled while usage exceeds the target plan’s site, client-account or member limits. GoalPush never silently chooses or deletes resources to make a downgrade fit.
Cancellation, failed payments and refunds
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and can be reversed before then where Stripe supports it. No automatic partial-period refund or credit is provided. Refunds are reviewed manually case by case; mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
After a failed payment, Stripe may retry collection and GoalPush allows a fixed seven-day recovery period. Delivery and existing paid capabilities continue during recovery. After it expires, delivery and additional account growth pause until authoritative successful payment evidence restores access.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for your event definitions, destination accounts, lawful authority, consent settings, notices, website configuration and the accuracy of submitted information. Do not use GoalPush to process prohibited or unlawfully obtained information, payment-card details, passwords, sensitive form dumps, arbitrary browsing data or data belonging to another customer.
Service and third-party providers
GoalPush depends on cloud, payment and advertising providers. Provider acceptance does not guarantee advertising attribution or campaign performance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and the published support response targets are not an SLA.
Australian rights and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. Queensland law governs these terms, and disputes are subject to courts with jurisdiction in Queensland, Australia.
